Monthly Rates
Monthly rates are only available through 6/30/08. To arrange for a monthly
rate, please call the reservation department at 800-648-7275 Ext. 6 or
810-736-7100 Ext. 6, Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. (Monthly rates are
based on 31 nights.)
Senior Citizen Rates
Senior citizen rates are available for people who are 60 years or older.
If you qualify for a senior rate, please call the reservation department
at 800-648-7275 Ext. 6 or 810-736-7100 Ext. 6, Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30
pm. before making your reservation.
Group Reservations (10 or more sites)
If you are booking ten (10) or more sites, you will qualify for certain
group camping incentives. Please contact the reservation department at
800-648-7275 Ext. 6 or 810-736-7100 Ext. 6, Mon – Fri, 8:00 am –4:30 pm to
make your reservation.
In order to assure that your stay is as
comfortable as possible, we ask that you read and abide by the following
information. If you have any questions, please see a member of the
campground staff or call (810) 736-7100. Enjoy your stay!

Registration is from 8
a.m. to 10 p.m.

Check in time is 3 p.m.
and check out time is 1 p.m.

Campsites may not be registered in
an adult's name and left in the care of a minor.
-
Only (8) persons per site.
-
One
(1) camping unit,
and one (1) tent
or two (2) tents and no trailer are allowed per site.
-
Only one (1) vehicle per
site is included with each reservation.
-
Registering an additional
vehicle will result in a $3.75 per day per vehicle fee.
-
Lakefront campsites are
available for a minimum of three nights.
-
Campers may
not stay on any one campsite for a continuous time period exceeding
14 nights, unless a new permit is issued when the campsite is
available.

Quiet hours are 11 p.m.
to 7 a.m. Campers creating any noise or disturbance which is a
hindrance to the peace, quiet, and tranquility of the campground
during quiet hours are subject to eviction.

Gates are closed between
midnight and 5 a.m., and vehicles are prohibited from driving within
the campgrounds during that time, except for emergencies.

Generators are not
permitted on non-electric sites. The use of generators is permitted on
other sites from 7a.m to 11 p.m. only.

Visitors must purchase a
vehicle pass: $6 - Genesee County residents; $10 – all others.
The fee will be applied toward the rental of a campsite, IF
the rental is made within one hour of entering the campground.

All visitors must leave
the campground by 10 p.m.

Continuous cruising
throughout the campground is prohibited.

Fires are permitted in
fire rings only and are not to be left unattended.

Pets are welcome as long
as they are leashed (six-foot maximum leash) and quiet. Pets must be
under the control of an adult camper and cannot be left unattended at
any time. Campers having a dangerous or noisy pet
or failing to clean up pet excrement are subject to eviction.

Swimming is permitted
only in designated swimming areas at Buttercup Beach. Absolutely
NO swimming in the boat
channel or from the lakefront sites at Wolverine Campground.

NO ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED AT WOLVERINE CAMPGROUND. PARK RANGERS WILL ISSUE
TICKETS WITH FINES OF UP TO $100 TO ANYONE POSSESSING ALCOHOL OR
ILLEGAL DRUGS.

Cutting or removing any
tree, tree branches, bush or shrub is prohibited, as is digging any
trenches or making any excavation on any campsite.

Purchase of a Genesee
County Parks & Recreation Commission boat launch sticker is required
for the use of watercraft at Wolverine Campground. A season pass or
daily passes corresponding to the number of registered camping days is
necessary.

Campers must abide by
all Park Rules as adopted by the Genesee County Parks & Recreation
Commission. Signing your receipt or
clicking on the "I Accept" button,
verifies that you agree to abide by these
rules. Violation of rules will result in eviction from the campground.
All evictions shall be for the duration of the current season. Copies
of the Genesee County Parks & Commission Park Rulebook are available
at the registration desk upon request.

GROUP FEES MUST BE PAID
IN ONE PAYMENT. We will not process individual payments for group
camping.

PAYMENT POLICY FOR GROUPS WHO MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

In order to qualify for
the following benefit, a group is required to stay for a minimum of
two (2) nights and reserve a minimum of ten (10) campsites.

At the time of the
reservation, any group meeting the minimum requirements will be
assessed and required to pay a non-refundable $5.00 per site
registration fee, which will then be applied to the balance of the
camping fees.

All camping fees are due
in full two (2) weeks prior to the date of your arrival.
