Delivery/Refund Policy

Reservations must be paid for at the time the reservation is made. Your credit card is charged immediately. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

All tickets are sold as Non-Refundable.

Use these trip ID Codes to search and reserve:
GHOST = Combination Trick-or-Treat/Train Ride
BOAT = Combination Trick-or-Treat/Boat Ride
VO = Village Only – Includes Trick-or-Treat

Tickets can be picked up at the Advance Ticket Booth, located at the entrance to Crossroads Village, upon your arrival. Please arrive at the village at least 45 minutes before your scheduled train/boat departure time. You should be on the train/boat boarding dock 15 to 20 minutes before the departure time.

-Village Only tickets include ‘trick-or-treat’.
-All Train or Boat tickets include village admission and trick-or-treat.

The train ride is 35 – 40 minutes long.

The Genesee Belle is a leisurely fifteen-minute walk from the front of the village. The ride is 45 minutes long.


Everyone over the age of 12 months is required to have a ticket.

There are 20 ‘trick or treat’ stops that include a doughnut and cider at the Mill Street Warehouse.

You will be given a bag to collect your candy. Everyone that has a ticket will get a ‘trick-or-treat’ bag (adults & children).

GROUP RATES:
There is not a discounted price for groups during the Halloween program, but you can have seats held for you with an advance reservation and a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you are a group of 20 or more, call our Reservation Department at 810-736-7100 Ext. 6 or 800-648-7275 Ext. 6, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm., to make your reservation.

FAMILY PASS:
To purchase tickets using your Family Pass or to purchase a Family Pass, please call our Reservation Department at 810-736-7100 Ext. 6 or 800-648-7275 Ext. 6, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. A Family Pass can also be purchased at the ticket booth at Crossroads Village. The cost of tickets (up to six) purchased on-line can be applied to a purchase of a Family Pass at the Crossroads Village ticket booth on the day of your visit only.

DELUXE TICKET (Only available for week-ends during the Halloween Program):
To purchase a deluxe ticket, which includes Village (trick-or-treat), train ride and boat ride, please call our Reservation Department at 810-736-7100 Ext. 6 or 800-648-7275 Ext. 6, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Any subsequent use of this password indicates agreement with the policies recited above and applicable Genesee County Parks & Recreation reservation rules and policies.
