You might be in the mood for a little peace and quiet at Clover Beach on Byram Lake in Linden County Park. Or some fun and games, Bluebell Beach-style, along the shores of Mott Lake. Or maybe just settle in on Buttercup Beach and enjoy the stunning views of the Holloway Reservoir. Turns out, a day at the beach is just around the corner. At your Genesee County Parks.

And don’t forget to keep your eye on the sky as you may catch a glimpse of “Parker” the local red tail hawk or see an eagle glide gracefully over the reservoir.

Disc Golf

What is Disc Golf?

It’s played much like traditional golf, but instead of clubs and a ball, players use a flying disc, or Frisbee®. The object is to complete each hole (basket) in the fewest number of strokes or throws.
