In order to take advantage of online reservations, you must register with the Genesee County Parks and Recreation Commission's reservations department. This can be done at any time by following the instructions below.
If you have questions regarding this process, please call the Genesee County Parks and Recreation Commission's reservation department at 810.736.7100, ext. 6. or 800.648.7275, ext. 6 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Mon. ~ Fri.
Your browser must be configured to allow pop-ups on this site to use our online ordering service. You will also need to disable any other "pop-up blockers" you may have installed.
You must also read and agree to the Privacy Statement and Sales Policy below. Please scroll down and read the information in the box and choose “I Accept” at the end of the statement. You will then be directed to our secure online ordering pages where you can register for an account or enter your user name and password if you currently have a web account. Note: When doing a new account registration, it is not necessary to enter additional family members.

All tickets are sold as Non-Refundable.
Use these trip ID Codes to search and reserve: VO = Village Only and LADIES NIGHT OUT CHTRN = Combination Village/Train Ride

Buffet
Tickets for the village and/or train can be picked up at the Advance Ticket Booth, located at the entrance to Crossroads Village, upon your arrival. You may arrive as early as you wish, but please arrive at the village no later than 45 minutes before your scheduled train departure. You should be on the train boarding dock 15 to 20 minutes before the train departure.
The train ride will take approx 45 minutes of your time.
All train tickets include village admission.
The Christmas Dinner Buffet is served in the Mill Street Dining Room. When choosing your Train and dinner times, please keep in mind the amount of time you will need for each activity.
The Victorian Tea is served in the Mill Street Dining Room from 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm (November 29 December 6. 13, 20 and 27, 2008). Village admission and train tickets must be purchased separately if you plan to stay and enjoy Christmas Magic at Crossroads Village. (village admission is required, train tickets are optional).
GROUP RATES: Discounted train rates are available (except on Saturdays) for groups of 20 or more. If you are a group of 20 or more, call our Reservation Department at 810-736-7100 Ext. 6 or 800-648-7275 Ext. 6, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm., to make your reservation.
FAMILY PASS: (click here for Family Pass info) To reserve seats on the train using your Family Pass or to purchase a Family Pass, please call our Reservation Department at 810-736-7100 Ext. 6 or 800-648-7275 Ext. 6, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. A Family Pass can also be purchased at the ticket booth at Crossroads Village. The cost of tickets (up to six) purchased on-line can be applied to a purchase of a Family Pass at the Crossroads Village ticket booth on the day of your visit only.
