Holloway Reservoir Regional Park
 5,500 acres, including 1,975-acre Holloway Reservoir.

  • Buttercup Beach  
     7130 N. Baxter Road, Columbiaville, MI 48421. (see map)

  • Canoe Launching Site
    24 hours daily, year-round. Flint River below Holloway Reservoir Dam. Access on Carr Road between Henderson and Oak Roads.     (see map)

  • Elba Equestrian Complex
    Available by reservation only.     Elba Road, Oregon Township, Lapeer. 3/4 mile south of Coldwater Road on Elba Road. Fee charged. (see map)

  • Fishing Sites
    24 hours daily, year-round.
    Flint River
     11135 Carr Rd, Davison, MI 48423. Below Holloway Reservoir Dam. Holloway Reservoir

    • Stanley Road Tubes.

    • Mt. Morris Road Bridge. 

  • Snowmobile Area 
    24 hours daily.     Facilities open when the terrain is frozen and there is a 3" accumulation of snow.  Please remember that snow accumulation on the ground is not an indicator of frozen terrain.  For dates and times facilities will be open for these activities, please call 810.736.7100 Walleye Pike Boat Launch, 7240 N.   • Toboggan Hill
    Hill will be closed if conditions are unsafe.     Facilities open when the terrain is frozen and there is a 3" accumulation of snow.  Please remember that snow accumulation on the ground is not an indicator of frozen terrain.  For dates and times facilities will be open for these activities, please call 810.736.7100  Call (810) 736-7100 for operating hours and dates.   • Walleye Pike Boat Launch
    24 hours daily, year-round.     7240 N. Henderson Road, Davison, MI 48423. Henderson and Carr Roads, north of Stanley Road. Seasonal fee. (see map)

Alcohol Policy for All Parks
No alcohol or illegal substances allowed. Park rangers will issue tickets with fines of up to $100 for all violations.

 

Hydrographic maps of Mott Lake and the Holloway Reservoir are now available for $5.00 each. Available for purchase at the Genesee County Parks & Recreation Commission Administrative Headquarters, 5045 Stanley Rd., Flint, MI or at the Boat Launch Toll Booths beginning April 25, 2009.
