Crossroads Village and the Huckleberry Railroad are located just North of Flint. Follow I-475 North off I-75 or I-69 to Saginaw Street Exit 13. Take Saginaw Street north one-quarter mile to Stanley Road. Go East on Stanley road two miles to Bray Road, then south on Bray to the Village. (see map)
Juried Vendors for Ladies' Night
Out 2008, Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad
Crossroads Village is accepting juried vendor applications for the
second annual Ladies' Night Out on Monday, November 19, 2009, 5-9 pm.
For $50, you can reserve a 10x10 booth to highlight your business. If
you require more room than this, a second booth must be rented. This is
an excellent opportunity to give demonstrations, sell your products, and
promote your name to a large group of women...800 to 1,000 women to be
exact. As there is limited space, booths are available on a first come,
first serve basis. Setup will start at 8:30 am on Nov. 17, 2008 and
booths must be taken down and removed by 11 pm the same day. (If you
have a larger exhibit and would like to take it down on Nov. 18, you
need to get prior approval.) Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad
will in no way be held responsible for items that will be left overnight
to be taken down on Nov. 18.
To maintain our high quality and family friendly standard, this is a
juried event. Photos/video are required with your application, and all
photos/video need to be labeled with your name and items that you will
be displaying. You may also send your photos by email to
kwhitcom@gcparks.org Photos/video will not be returned. If you do
not have items to display, and want to do demonstrations, a full written
description of your plans must be included with your application.
Exhibitors are responsible for: Michigan Sales Tax, tables, extension
cords, chairs, setup, takedown, table covering, displays and maintaining
of your booth. Exhibitors will be notified as soon as possible as to
their participation status by mail or phone. Crossroads Village &
Huckleberry Railroad reserves the right to; deny any exhibitor who does
not comply with above rules and regulations, and to make changes for
special circumstances as deemed necessary.
Applications are due by October 24, 2008, and can be picked up at the
Genesee County Parks Administrative Office, 8 am to 5 pm, 5045 Stanley
Road, Flint, or
